Sally Studer is an owner of VO2 Fitness and teaches Cardio-Kickboxing, Personal Training, and private Group Fitness classes. Sally is a US Navy Veteran, a Certified Fitness Trainer, and she has been in the fitness industry for nearly twenty years. She has instructed military personnel and has taught in fitness studios in Alaska, Washington, California, and Ohio. I have always had a love and interest in fitness. In order to pursue my dreams, I became a Beachbody coach in January 2016 then quickly decided I wanted to take it even further. I became certified in Insanity in October 2016. Insanity is a Beachbody fitness high intensity interval (HIIT) workout. In my classes, I show both modified and advanced moves! So, ALL fitness levels are welcomed. As a coach and trainer, I offer monthly fit groups on Facebook to hold you accountable with workouts and healthy eating. Jay is a native Ohioan and spent his high school years playing a variety of sports - baseball, wrestling, lacrosse, football and frisbee. Once school ended, he spent time living the South (Louisiana and Texas) where he studied object manipulation and flow arts. After struggling with depression and its systems, he found the healing properties of exercise and nutrition to be of great help. He now shares that passion with others to embrace a healthy lifestyle to not only feel physically healthy and strong, but to feel mentally resilient as well.
Michelle Newman is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and teaches BOXFIT on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am. In addition to leading classes, Michelle studied at the Mayo Clinic and is a member of the first class of National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC). She takes great joy in working with individuals moving from "couch to fit." A small business owner and mom to a five year old, Michelle is an Ironman triathlete and understands the pressures of balancing training, work, and family.
